A complete RFQ helps suppliers quote faster and more accurately. Missing information often causes delays or conservative pricing.

Include these items

• 3D CAD file and 2D drawing
• Material and substitute approval rules
• Quantity and target annual volume
• Surface finish and coating requirements
• Tolerance and inspection needs
• Delivery date and shipping location
• Packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements

Ask clear questions

Request unit price, setup cost, lead time, payment terms, validity period, and assumptions. A quote is more useful when assumptions are visible.
